Our department offers a wide range of practical and theory-based courses designed to meet the evolving demands of the agricultural industry. The courses include:
 Farm Power and Mechanization (CGA217)
The course is offered to students pursuing a two-year Certificate in General Agriculture in the first semester of second year of study. Which equips students with skills on the use, maintenance, and management of agricultural machinery and equipment.
Farm Structures and Post-Harvest Technology (CGA224)
where students are equipped with skills on the design and construction of storage facilities, livestock housing, and systems that reduce post-harvest losses.
Farm Water Supply and Irrigation CGA225
where skills in water management, irrigation system design and implementation for efficient agricultural production are developed.
 Land Management CGA124
which equips students with skills and understanding of principles of surveying, soil conservation, land use planning, and sustainable farming practices.
 Workshop Technology CGA129
students gain technical proficiency in metalwork, welding, fabrication, management of workshops premises and tools, and general maintenance essential to farm operations.
Farm Structures & Post Harvest Technology ENG341
The course is offered to students pursuing a three-year Diploma in General Agriculture in the first semester of their third year of study. The course equips students with knowledge and skills in planning Farm Buildings, conducting elements of construction, managing Storage facilities and practicing Post-Harvest Technologies Introduce the principles and processes that govern the technique of technical drawing, design and construction of farm buildings and post-harvest technology. The student should be able to design and estimate bill of quantity for construction of structures for livestock housing and for storage of agricultural produce.
